Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including inspecting troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
- Fabricate and install components as needed for repairs or upgrades.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders inventory and equipment history.
- Diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Weld and perform basic metal fabrication tasks.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
- Interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals to guide maintenance activities.

Skills:
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
- Experience working with logic controllers and other automated systems.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Electrical knowledge to diagnose and repair electrical issues.
- Welding skills for basic metal fabrication tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
- Ability to interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
