Shift: Monday Friday 2:30 PM 11 PM

Pay: $25-33 Depending on qualifications!

Employment Type: Full time trial to hire!

About this Opportunity:

Federal Package is a contract manufacturer and packaging company that primarily serves the health beauty and personal care industries. The company works with a wide range of consumer products including lip balms deodorants sunscreen sticks anti-chafe products lotions and other skincare items.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot repair and install mechanical electrical and pneumatic systems including motors gearboxes servo drives PLCs sensors and compressors.

• Perform equipment maintenance fabrication welding and basic machining using hand and power tools.

• Read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical documentation to diagnose and resolve issues.

• Train operators on basic machine maintenance and proper equipment use.

• Follow safety procedures standard work protocols and communicate maintenance status with management while working independently.
  

What makes you a great fit:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment; strong mechanical/electrical aptitude required.

• Strong problem-solving critical thinking organization and communication skills with attention to detail and basic computer/MS Office proficiency.

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. adapt to changing priorities support continuous improvement initiatives and work overtime as needed including occasional Saturdays.

• Preferred: Vocational/technical certification (automation robotics or mechatronics) experience with automation controls PLCs and manufacturingideally in an FDA-regulated environment.
