About The Club:
Lakewood National is a premier bundled golf community featuring 1576 homes two 18-hole championship golf courses seven swimming pools two restaurants and multiple amenity buildings. Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the Clubs buildings amenities and equipment to ensure a safe clean and well-functioning environment for members guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs minor plumbing electrical carpentry and general maintenance repairs
Conducts routine inspections of buildings equipment and mechanical systems to identify maintenance needs
Completes preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems according to established schedules
Responds promptly to maintenance requests including emergency service calls; assesses the nature of each issue and determines the resources required to resolve it
Troubleshoots and repairs facility-related issues while minimizing disruption to Club operations
Communicates regularly with the Operations Manager regarding outstanding work orders project status and maintenance concerns
Maintains accurate records of completed work and preventive maintenance activities
Performs general cleaning and housekeeping duties in maintenance areas and common facilities
Assists with special projects event setup and other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous experience in building maintenance facilities maintenance or a related field is required
Working knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC and general building systems
Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and perform repairs safely and efficiently
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in indoor and outdoor environments
Must possess a valid drivers license
Flexibility to work one weekend day evenings or holidays as needed
