Maintenance Technician- Baltimore

DH Bader is looking for a skilled hands-on Maintenance Technician in Baltimore MD to help keep our communities safe well-maintained and looking their best.

This full-time position offers a competitive starting wage of $21$24 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package including:

• Complete general maintenance and repair work orders throughout our community properties.
• Perform drywall repairs including patching sanding priming and painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Repair and replace fencing including wood vinyl chain-link and related hardware.
• Install replace and maintain community signage posts and mounting hardware.
• Perform light electrical repairs including replacing outlets switches light fixtures and GFCI receptacles.
• Complete minor exterior repairs such as trim siding gutters railings gates hinges and locks.
• Perform digging and site preparation for fence posts signage drainage irrigation lines and other small projects.
• Conduct routine property inspections and perform preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests when needed.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment including company vehicles tools and work areas.

• Previous experience in property maintenance handyman services construction or a skilled trade is preferred.
• Strong hands-on skills in drywall repair painting carpentry and general exterior maintenance.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work including digging with shovels and post-hole diggers.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical repairs with the ability to safely replace outlets switches and light fixtures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Reliable dependable and professional with the ability to work well with residents and team members.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
