Maintenance Technician Appliances

We are seeking an Experienced Appliance Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a skilled selfmotivated professional who can diagnose repair and maintain a wide range of household appliances while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work independently in the field using your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues efficiently and ensure every customer receives reliable highquality service.

• Diagnose and repair electrical mechanical and performance issues in major household appliances.

• Perform routine maintenance inspections and system checks to ensure optimal appliance operation.

• Operate and maintain a company-provided work van transporting tools equipment and parts to job sites.

• Read interpret and apply information from schematics wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

• Stay current on appliance technologies repair techniques and industry best practices.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repair needs service options and maintenance recommendations.

• Provide honest accurate assessments and ensure customers understand the work being performed.

• Maintain a positive respectful demeanor in all customer interactions.

• Record all service calls diagnostics repairs and parts used with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Work with team members and management to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Follow company procedures safety guidelines and quality standards at all times.

• Proven experience in appliance repair or a closely related technical field (preferred).

• Strong understanding of electrical systems HVAC fundamentals and mechanical repair techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret schematics wiring diagrams and technical documentation.

• Excellent problemsolving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

• Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain reliable transportation for fieldwork.

• Prior hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing household appliances.

• Experience working independently in the field is highly desirable.

• Comfort using diagnostic tools meters and repair equipment.
