What Youll Do
- Perform daily routine and preventive maintenance tasks to keep facility operations running safely and efficiently.
- Complete building and exterior repairs including work on doors windows fencing roofing and other facility components.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues while supporting equipment reliability and production uptime.
- Partner with maintenance and production teams to identify process improvements optimize equipment performance and support production goals.
- Assist with developing and implementing solutions that improve efficiency quality production output and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers contractors and internal teams to complete maintenance projects and operational improvements.
What Youll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least one year of experience in building maintenance construction or a related field.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using power tools such as drills grinders impacts and saws.
- Strong organizational communication problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities; bilingual English and Spanish skills and basic refrigeration knowledge are preferred.

- A full-time schedule of Monday through Friday 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. with some Saturdays as needed.
