What Youll Do:

• Deliver high-quality service to residents while contributing to a dependable team-first maintenance operation
• Complete apartment turns efficiently and professionally to meet move-in deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Diagnose and repair plumbing electrical HVAC systems and appliances with minimal supervision
• Handle service requests with a focus on first-time fixes and strong resident satisfaction
• Support and share knowledge with newer technicians when appropriate
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure outside work meets quality standards
• Perform move-in and move-out inspections as needed

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• 2 years of maintenance experience in apartments facilities hotels or skilled trades
• Hands-on experience with HVAC plumbing electrical or appliances
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently
• Strong work ethic and reliability (we value long-term team members)
• Customer service mindset with good communication skills
• EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
