Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

Pay:$31.00$34.00 per hour

Job Type / Schedule: Ongoing 2nd Shift 2:30 PM11:00 PM Monday-Friday (Plus weekend work and daily overtime required)

Pronto Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a busy production environment.

Job Summary

Pronto Staffing is hiring a full-time worker to fix and maintain machinery in a local manufacturing facility. You will find and repair problems with electrical hydraulic and mechanical systems to keep production running smoothly. This role requires working regular overtime and being able to speak both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Find and fix problems with industrial electrical hydraulic and mechanical machines

• Perform regular routine maintenance on factory equipment and conveyor systems

• Help check and repair overhead cranes when needed

• Read and understand electrical drawings and blueprints to complete repairs

• Follow strict safety rules including standard Lockout/Tagout procedures

• Keep your work area tools and spare parts clean and organized

• Talk with supervisors and team members about machine issues and repair times

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience working as an industrial maintenance technician

• Must be bilingual (able to read write and speak English and Spanish)

• Proven experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and hydraulic systems

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Strong reliability and availability to work 2 to 3 hours of overtime daily and 5.5 to 6 days per week

• Experience with Allen-Bradley electrical controls is a plus

• Background check and drug screening may be required

Work Environment

• Standing walking bending kneeling and climbing for the full shift

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly

• Working inside a non-climate-controlled manufacturing building

• Exposure to typical industrial factors like heat dust and loud machine noise

• Proper industrial attire required including steel-toe boots and long pants
