General Maintenance

Job Summary:

Inspects maintains and repairs specialized equipment and facilities to ensure property meets established standards.

Job Description:

  1. Utilizes specialized equipment to repair and maintain complex machinery equipment and facility property to prevent further damage and ensure optimal operation.
  2. Performs routine and non-routine facility inspections.
  3. Troubleshoots escalates and documents issues according to established policies and procedures.
  4. Researches and orders repair parts through the Facilities Management storeroom process.
  5. Repairs if possible and makes referrals to trade shops as necessary.

Relevant experience 2 Years Required

Compensation:

$20.50 - $30.76
