Broad Reach Healthcare is seeking an experienced hands-on Maintenance Technician / Team Lead to support our healthcare facilities and employee housing.
Job Overview:
Were looking for someone with strong HVAC and general building maintenance experience who can troubleshoot problems triage and prioritize work orders provide day-to-day direction to maintenance staff and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Pay Range: $28 - $35 per hour commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform HVAC electrical plumbing carpentry and general building maintenance
Triage and prioritize work orders based on urgency and operational needs
Respond to routine and emergency maintenance issues
Provide day-to-day supervision and direction of maintenance staff
Perform preventative maintenance and facility/equipment inspections
Support maintenance and repairs for employee housing
Coordinate repairs with contractors and vendors
Maintain supplies inventory and accurate maintenance records
Ensure work orders are tracked through completion
Support compliance with health safety fire/life-safety NFPA and healthcare regulations
