Maintenance Technician Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks to help maintain a safe clean and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with basic maintenance tasks and a strong work ethic.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Overtime as needed
- 30-minute lunch break (employees may pack a lunch or leave the site during lunch)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs
- Complete painting projects
- Assist with drywall repairs and maintenance
- Perform basic plumbing tasks
- Assist with HVAC-related maintenance
- Complete cleaning duties as needed
- Perform basic landscaping tasks
- Pick up and remove trash
- Support overall facility upkeep and maintenance needs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid drivers license required
- Must provide your own hand tools
- Ability to perform physical maintenance tasks and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to help where needed
Dress Code & PPE Requirements:
- Steel toe boots or shoes required
- Jeans or long pants required
- T-shirt or long sleeve shirt required
