Shift Hours - 8am to 5pm
Pay Range - $32 to $36 p/h

Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of residential facilities. This position involves ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently managing maintenance staff and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for residents. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in facilities management mechanical knowledge and various maintenance disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of residential facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems electrical systems and low voltage equipment.
- Manage facility maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance the longevity of equipment and facilities.
- Provide training and support to staff on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inventory and work orders.
Skills
- Excellent leadership skills with at least 2 years of experience in managing teams effectively.
- Proficient in low voltage systems electrical work HVAC and industrial maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Familiarity with facilities management practices and principles.
- Experience in maintenance management including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Ability to maintain a safe working environment while adhering to regulatory standards.
