Pay: $50000.00 per year

Job description:

A salaried Hotel Maintenance Supervisor leads the engineering team in maintaining a propertys physical plant guest rooms and public areas. They ensure all systems operate efficiently handle preventative maintenance and enforce safety standards to minimize downtime and elevate the guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

Full Room Maintenance: Direct and perform detailed repairs troubleshooting and preventative upkeep inside all guest rooms.

Upkeep of Common Areas: Oversee the continuous cleaning repair and aesthetic maintenance of lobbies hallways and public spaces.

Grounds Maintenance: Manage landscaping exterior upkeep debris removal and overall curb appeal of the property.

Pool Cleaning: Ensure daily testing chemical balancing filtration management and strict sanitation of the swimming pool facilities.

Team Leadership & Safety: Train staff manage departmental budgets and enforce compliance with local building codes and OSHA regulations.

Job Details & Schedule

Job Type: Full-time Salaried

Schedule Requirements:

• 8 hour shift Emergency On-Call
• Day shift Evening shift and Night shift flexibility
• Weekend availability required
• Holidays required

Qualifications & Requirements

License/Certification: Valid Drivers License (Required).

Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of HVAC plumbing carpentry and electrical systems.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving communication and organizational abilities with a guest-first mindset.
