Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability minimizing downtime supporting continuous improvement initiatives and leading a team of maintenance professionals in a 24/7 production setting.
Key Responsibilities-
Leadership: Lead daily maintenance meetings supervise technicians/contractors and foster positive labor relations in a unionized environment.

Maintenance & Reliability: Lead initiatives to improve Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) oversee preventive/predictive maintenance and perform root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures.

Operational Excellence: Drive cost-effective Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) strategies support line readiness and ensure successful production start-ups.

Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) safety regulations and documentation standards within SAP.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience leading maintenance engineering or production teams in a manufacturing environment.

Environment: Proven experience working in a unionized manufacturing facility.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of preventive maintenance equipment reliability and troubleshooting.

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelors Degree in Engineering Industrial Technology or related field (OR 5 years of relevant leadership experience).

Experience with SAP or similar CMMS systems.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
