Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled motivated and dedicated Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support staff while maintaining high standards of quality safety and excellence across all company maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership communication and organizational skills and ensure work is completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations while ensuring compliance with company policies applicable laws and ethical standards.
• Lead support and guide staff to promote teamwork accountability and high-quality performance.
• Assist with scheduling assigning work monitoring productivity and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Oversee company maintenance and environmental services to maintain a safe clean and well-maintained environment.
• Monitor operational performance and address concerns while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety cleanliness and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain inventory and organization of supplies equipment and storage areas.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service critical thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or supervisory training preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of SupervisoryExperience.
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in building facility property or equipment maintenance. Including; HVAC plumbing electrical sheet-rock and painting experience.
• Strong knowledge of facility and property operations maintenance practices and safety procedures.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and delegate effectively
• Must be available to respond to maintenance emergencies on a 24/7 on-call basis as required.
