Job Summary

Job Summary

Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance functions for company assets. Manage processes in Preventative Maintenance Predictive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance. Troubleshoot complex issues. Manage Service Center staffing.

Major Tasks Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Teach and Train individual Maintenance coordinators.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues (manages system issues).
  • Actively monitor open work orders.
  • Responsible for scheduling strategy and service center staffing
  • Responds to calls with Maintenance requests.
  • Selects develops and motivates assigned staff.
  • Ensures associates have the tools and training necessary to do the job.

  • Experience provides solutions.
  • Ensures that work is performed consistently with company policies and procedures.
  • Leads a group or team of support craft or lower level professional associates.


Work Environment

  • Typically located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors that may cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness such as temperature extremes moving machinery loud noises and fumes.
  • Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location and/or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
  • No travel required.


Education and Experience

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5 years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
