Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
- Direct and coordinate daily maintenance activities across multiple properties ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance staff promoting professional growth and adherence to best practices.
- Manage and optimize HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance energy efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and protocols to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building assets.
- Supervise the procurement of parts tools and equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records and controlling budget expenditures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards address code violations and ensure all work meets industry safety standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex maintenance issues and coordinating with external vendors when necessary.
- Proven experience in property maintenance with a strong focus on HVAC systems and building infrastructure.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities including a track record of managing teams and mentoring junior staff members.
- Deep technical knowledge of mechanical systems electrical troubleshooting and general building repairs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with property managers tenants and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations for emergency situations.
- Relevant certifications or trade licenses in maintenance HVAC or related fields are highly preferred.
