• Ability to follow instructions from Management or senior leadership.
• Knowledge of HVAC plumbing and general repairs.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Computer skills
• Strong communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in HVAC plumbing or general maintenance
• 3 years experience preferred.

Physical Licensing & Compliance Requirements

• Ability to work in a manufacturing warehouse and outdoor environment.
• Ability to stand walk bend squat climb and move throughout the facility to perform essential job functions.
• Ability to lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles forklifts and golf carts as required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license.
• Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment and ongoing background checks and drug testing in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
