Maintenance Specialist Lead

Heres What You Need:

• High Diploma or Equivalent required

• 4-year Journeyman or Master level trade License (electrical plumbing HVAC Contractor etc.) required upon hire.
• 1 year of Supervisory or Lead experience required
• 3 years experience working in a healthcare facility preferred
• Central plant experience with HVAC controls/BAS troubleshooting highly preferred
• Advanced Building Automation System (BAS) expertise higly preferred
• DL - Drivers License Upon Hire required
• CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager) is highly preferred

Safety Operations & Regulatory Engineering

Work hours:

7:00 AM 4:00 PM Monday Friday rotating weekends and holidays. This position will require on call rotation to support our Clearfork facility.
