Job Summary
Heres What You Need:
High Diploma or Equivalent required
- 4-year Journeyman or Master level trade License (electrical plumbing HVAC Contractor etc.) required upon hire.
- 1 year of Supervisory or Lead experience required
- 3 years experience working in a healthcare facility preferred
- Central plant experience with HVAC controls/BAS troubleshooting highly preferred
- Advanced Building Automation System (BAS) expertise higly preferred
- DL - Drivers License Upon Hire required
- CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager) is highly preferred

Safety Operations & Regulatory Engineering

Work hours:
7:00 AM 4:00 PM Monday Friday rotating weekends and holidays. This position will require on call rotation to support our Clearfork facility.
