Maintenance Sales Representative

We are one of the largest mechanical electrical and plumbing contractors in Indiana and among the preeminent specialty contractors in the nation. We specialize in a full range of new and retrofit construction for industrial food processing commercial institutional healthcare pharmaceutical and bio-fuel projects.

Havel is looking for a Salesperson responsible for HVAC and automation systems maintenance sales contracts with commercial industrial educational and institutional clients in the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan area.

• Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers traveling regionally.
• Expand sales for existing contract customers
• Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers
• Converts leads into opportunities by identifying the appropriate sales course of action
• Develops multiple relationships with buying influences within the customers organization which may include the facility manager project managers or purchasing agent
• Other duties assigned

• Experience in sales and marketing.
• Knowledge of financial based sales.
• HVAC Mechanical and controls systems knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledgeable in use of common computer and Microsoft programs/software.
• Excellent at Managing processes Decision making Process improvement and Customer service.
• Regular and reliable attendance including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
