Maintenance Project Manager

Location: Oakmont PA
Salary: $52000

Seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to oversee maintenance repair and capital improvement projects across multiple senior living communities. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys project leadership problem-solving and working independently in a regional travel capacity.

• Lead maintenance and capital improvement projects across multiple locations
• Perform preventative and corrective building maintenance
• Troubleshoot HVAC electrical plumbing and other building systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Coordinate with staff residents and vendors
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate degree or equivalent training in Electricity HVAC Plumbing/Fitting or Welding/Fabricating with 2 years of related experience

OR

• 5 years of related maintenance experience

• HVAC Certification preferred
• EPA 608 Certification preferred
• Basic computer proficiency including email and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to learn work order management systems
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel frequently between locations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
