Responsibilities:Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility (floors walls restrooms office spaces exterior)Complete routine and light maintenance tasks: painting wall patching latch installations corner guard repair cutting locksAssist with snow removal flood remediation and other season or urgent : 8.5-hour shifts (30-min break)Hours vary between 6:45 AM 10:30 PM including weekendsQualifications: Reliable detailed-oriented and able to work independentlyComfortable with basic repairs and maintenance tasksStrong communication skills#SMNY3
