Position Title: Maintenance Planning LeaderPay Rate: PL14$121300 - $148300Multiple factors including Individual experience skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay Salaried Full-Time About The Role:The Maintenance Planning is an integral part of the Mills operations. This position is responsible for work order planning and the improvement of the Manufacturing Work Systems (MWS) process at the mill. This positions goal is be to reduce costs increase productivity continuously evaluating efficiency and effectiveness of job completion act as a change agent to drive the right MWS behaviors that link directly to our reliability strategy. This position will report directly to the Mill Maintenance Manager.
