Position Title: Maintenance Planning LeaderPay Rate: PL14$121300 - $148300Multiple factors including Individual experience skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay Salaried Full-Time About The Role:The Maintenance Planning is an integral part of the Mills operations. This position is responsible for work order planning and the improvement of the Manufacturing Work Systems (MWS) process at the mill. This positions goal is be to reduce costs increase productivity continuously evaluating efficiency and effectiveness of job completion act as a change agent to drive the right MWS behaviors that link directly to our reliability strategy. This position will report directly to the Mill Maintenance Manager. Department Maintenance Planners will report directly to this AccountabilitiesImprove maintenance workforce effectiveness by eliminating potential for delays and obstacles through proper planning and coordination of parts equipment and and maintain consistent and disciplined planning processes in all areas of the and Global Management System Element ChampionCMMS ChampionLead effective shutdown management processes and is responsible for the area planners to provide quality planning for the mill area departmentsDemonstrated personal commitment to safety and creating a proactive and caring cultureEnsures mill adherence to the principles of MWSDemonstrated ability to lead coach and develop direct reportsEnsures accurate and complete use of CMMS Databases knowledge of CMMS is preferredEnsures that a consistent scheduling and shutdown process is in place and usedManage costs to budget/input in budgeting processDevelops competencies of Planners and establishes clear expectations for planning workResponsible for the portion of availability as it applies to shutdown management and failuresEnsures a high degree of quality safety and discipline utilized in preparation and execution of maintenance workManages on-site General Presence Contractors & RepurposersAssist as needed in mill emergency situationsAbout You: Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Previous experience with SAP or CMMS systems and Microsoft project - requiredBS in Engineering with or equivalent manufacturing/maintenance experience5 years paper manufacturing experience preferred3 years supervisory experience preferredStrong skills demonstrated in leadership engagement and safety management systemsProficiency in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook): such as the ability to create presentations proposals managing budgets/reports etc. Key Competencies:Developing Direct ReportsAction OrientedCommand Skills/Directing OthersManagerial CourageConflict ManagementMotivating OthersPlanningPriority SettingOrganizational SkillsDetail OrientedProblem SolvingAbout Global Cellulose Fibers (GCF):Our GCF business helps customers transform renewable cellulose fibers into essential everyday products.
