Maintenance Planner

As we continue to grow were looking for a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Planner to join our Engineering & Maintenance team.

As a Maintenance Planner youll play a key role in maximizing equipment reliability and plant performance by planning scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities across the facility. Working closely with Maintenance Production Parts and Engineering youll ensure maintenance work is prioritized planned efficiently and executed with minimal impact on production. The role centers on managing the CMMS coordinating preventive maintenance planning maintenance workloads monitoring inventory and tracking maintenance performance.

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work across all shifts.
• Manage maintenance work orders through the CMMS system.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities with Production and Maintenance leadership.
• Review maintenance workloads and track preventive maintenance completion.
• Maintain appropriate spare parts inventory and coordinate with the Parts Department.
• Interpret production schedules to effectively plan maintenance activities.
• Monitor KPIs and maintenance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Assist in evaluating equipment performance and support equipment repair or replacement recommendations.
• Maintain equipment records manuals and documentation.
• Generate maintenance reports and communicate project status to leadership.
• Support food safety GMP and safety initiatives throughout the department.

• Associate degree in Technology or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of maintenance planning maintenance scheduling or CMMS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational planning and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
