A Typical Work Day May Include
- Developing job plans and task lists strategically to support preventative predictive and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility
- Interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment
- Utilizing computer software to maintain and/or monitor accurate records machinery information work orders and capital projects
- Procuring maintenance materials to maintain accurate inventory for kitting jobs
- Comprehending schematics blueprints and/or operation/installation manuals
- Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Need
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending lifting up to 50lbs kneeling climbing crawling and twisting with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat cold dust loud noise etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Demonstrated professionalism through written and verbal communication skills
- Mechanical and/or electrical experience in an industrial maintenance environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving and time management skills
- Experience utilizing precision measurement tools such as micrometers calipers etc.
- Demonstrated mathematical analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work overtime including weekends holidays or different shifts with advance notice
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP
- Experience designing equipment layout for proper plant maintenance and operation
- Experience with maintenance planning processes
- Experience with predictive technology
