Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Location: 1175 Martin Street Greenville OH 45331

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 03:30 PM; 30 Minutes Lunch; M-F

Description:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance planning or maintenance experience in a chemical petrochemical or manufacturing environment
• Experience with rotating and fixed equipment (pumps compressors reactors piping systems etc.)
• Strong SAP skills.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs equipment drawings and technical manuals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of safety standards (OSHA PSM etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update SAP (computerized maintenance managed system).
• Develop detailed job plans for preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Review work requests and prioritize tasks based on safety regulatory and operational needs.
• Create and manage maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and resource utilization.
• Estimate labor materials tools and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure equipment availability for planned work.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and coordinate with procurement as needed.
• Analyze maintenance data and recommend improvements for reliability and cost efficiency.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in shutdown/turnaround planning and execution.

Comments/Special Instructions

• Looking for candidate with strong SAP experience. Plant is looking to re-establish
• Maintenance work process and will need a candidate familiar with SAP functionality to develop site maintenance work process.
