We are committed to building a diverse workforce that values the contributions of all team members and recognizes cultural beliefs values traditions language preferences and health practices in support of positive health Technician Job SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for general upkeep and repair of agency buildings and grounds performing preventative maintenance and responding to maintenance requests using mechanical equipment and tools as Technician Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with timely upkeep of residential and non-residential properties including painting cleaning repairs construction and remodeling in accordance with agency standards and National Home Builders Association and document work order requests including troubleshooting and repairing minor plumbing mechanical and electrical security and safety across agency properties for residents tenants coworkers vendors and the with snow removal during winter months to ensure safe access to buildings and in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance general maintenance tasks including interior and exterior cleaning debris removal lawn care (mowing and trimming) carpet cleaning painting sheetrock repair woodworking window repair and minor electrical and plumbing School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a related field of two (2) years of relevant maintenance experience NYS drivers license required; reliable transportation necessary.
