Hourly Rate: $26.26
What you will be doing
Summary: Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment suchas engines motors pneumatic tools conveyor systems and aluminumextrusion production machines and equipment by performing the followingduties.
Responsibilities:
- Performs electrical changes to blown fuses and wire plugs.
- Repairs electrical wiring and changes hydraulic filters.
- Does troubleshooting on mechanical devices such as presses and drawbenches.
- Performs all lockout / tag out procedures according to company policy.
- Examines parts for imperfections.
- Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
- Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
- Repairs and replaces defective parts. Lubricates and cleans parts.
- Participates and is fully engaged in continuous reliability improvement ofall equipment and processes.
What will make you successful
- Ability to read and use a tape measure that shows measurements in feet and inches. (required)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent. (preferred)
- Industrial manufacturing maintenance experience. (preferred)
