Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner following all company safety policies processes and procedures.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on production machinery including Injection Molding Machines (IMM) and CNC equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on production machinery and facility equipment as scheduled or required.
- Troubleshoot diagnose and repair basic mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment and facility systems.
- Assist with basic facility maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report equipment issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing.
- Basic mechanical and electrical skill set.
- Basic mechanical aptitude required for troubleshooting diagnosing and repairing production equipment and facility systems.
- Ability to safely use hand tools power tools and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures work instructions and safety policies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand walk bend stoop climb and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around operating machinery.
- Ability to respond to maintenance needs in a timely manner while following all safety requirements.
