Youll be the go-to expert for mechanical troubleshooting proactive maintenance and equipment optimization. Work alongside a dynamic team and utilize your skills in maintenance machining and training to keep our operations running smoothly.
- Training Shift: Monday-Friday first 90days 7am-330pm
- After Training Schedule: 3 Days on 3 Days off-you will be awarded either night or days shift based upon seniority after traning.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in safety and good housekeeping programs.
- Adhere to environmental regulations and respond to emergencies safely.
- Install fabricate repair and maintain equipment and machinery.
- Utilize diagrams sketches manuals and engineering drawings for tasks.
- Perform carpentry plumbing and work with power and hand tools.
- Install and repair locks door closers and related hardware.
- Insulate pipes ducts furnaces tanks ovens walls and ceilings.
- Erect and work from rigging scaffolding and ladders.
- Maintain and repair auto equipment and internal combustion machines.
- Perform electric arc and acetylene welding and cutting.
- Lead assist and train Mechanic apprentices.
- Inspect wells and take water samples.
- Assemble or rebuild equipment and parts.
- Perform duties of a Sheet Metal Worker and operate machine shop equipment.
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in reading writing and speaking English.
- Understand verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to secure and maintain a forklift drivers license.
Computer and Software Competencies
- Operate a computer.
- Learn the SAP system for parts requests.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-4 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or Millwright.
- Must be a US citizen or have the right to work in the US.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be drug and alcohol-free.
- Ability to secure and maintain a forklift drivers license.
Essential Physical Requirements/Work Environment
- Exposure to temperature extremes and noise levels.
- Prolonged sitting or standing for 8-hour shifts (and/or rotating shifts).
- Bending twisting handling and controlling objects tools or controls.
- Lifting/carrying/moving up to 50 pounds.
- Regular attendance on-site and ability to work varying or rotating shifts.
- Wearing respirator protection.
- Participation in safety and good housekeeping programs.
