Job Title:MaintenanceMechanic ILocation:MDDepartment:MaintenanceReports To:Maintenance ManagerJob Overview:MaintenanceMechanic Iis responsible forroutine repairs of packaging processing mobileequipmentand physical :Installsmaintains and repairs plant machineryequipmentand physical failures in machinery or equipment and makes necessary inspects and tests machinery and equipment using electrical and electronic test anddocumentspreventative specifications blueprints manuals and schematic drawings and lockout/tag out procedures to make repairs by skillfully using handtools power tools hoist crane and measuring and testing plumbing and pipe fitting and relatedwork ininstallingrepairingor routing water sewageairand gas repair procedures and parts used from inventory andmaintainaccurateinventory of tools and welding acetylene brazing cutting torch routine layout and other duties as areas clean and free of all safety rules and plant other duties as :Education:HS Diploma or two (2)yearstechnical degree in a related field or electrical/mechanical experience effectively use & Abilities:Participates in Process improvement Load-AllOperate ForkliftOperate packaging equipment to enhance understanding and ability to support with CMMC and CMS through computer terminalMustmeet the assessment requirements for this be able to readcomprehend and act on SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures AIQ processes and similar have a working knowledge of pneumatics and be able to work independently with limited be able to perform basic machining tasks such as boring sprockets using a milling have basic programmable be able to read and understand shop manuals parts diagrams schematicdrawingsand have knowledge and ability to read and understand electrical schematics blueprints ladder logic ability to perform the following maintenance skills:Electrical tasks such as changing motorsSufficient math skills to calculate installation and adjustment of machineryAbility tooperateheavy equipmentMust be a qualified welderDemonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented oral and written communication Rate: $29.60 per hour
