TMD Staffing is looking to hire experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in the Northwest Houston TX 77040 area!

In-Person Non Climate-Controlled Manufacturing Facility

• Perform electrical mechanical and general maintenance duties on equipment machinery and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components small motors HVAC systems and mechanical equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and identify repair solutions in a timely manner.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals schematics blueprints and operating instructions.
• Install maintain and replace motors belts bearings wiring and other mechanical or electrical components as needed.
• Operate hand tools power tools testing devices and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records including work orders and inspection reports.
• Ensure all work meets company safety standards and follow required PPE guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
• Assist with facility upkeep and support additional departments as needed.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in electrical mechanical HVAC or general maintenance preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing small motors and industrial or commercial equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems mechanical systems and HVAC operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
• Experience using hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

$22.00$24.00/hour DOE

Monday Friday 6:00AM - 2:00PM flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
