As a Maintenance Mechanic you will play a key role in ensuring our manufacturing equipment operates efficiently and safely helping prevent downtime and supporting production goals.

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot machinery and implement corrective actions.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Remove modify repair and replace machine components as needed.
• Order replacement parts in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform ARC and MIG welding.
• Execute torch cutting and metal fabrication projects.
• Work with pipe fittings and related systems.
• Learn and operate production equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and perform electrical work.
• Program modify and troubleshoot PLCs and drives.
• Use laptops and diagnostic tools to identify equipment issues.
• Read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical drawings.
• Train and support new maintenance team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that increase equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with:
  • PLCs and drives
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics
  • MIG and ARC welding
  • Metal fabrication
  • Industrial machinery repair and maintenance
• Ability to work with or without schematics
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong commitment to safety and quality

Candidates must be willing to work:

• Day or Afternoon Shift
• Overtime as needed
• Weekends and holidays when required
