Job Summary

Maintenance Manager

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager who will oversee the Maintenance department at the Tetra Pak converting factory in Sikeston. Lately new equipment has been incorporated in our operation and there is a need to build and maintain a solid preventive maintenance system to secure reliable operation at optimal cost. Our way of working stands solid on WCM (World Class Manufacturing) tools in line with JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance) this role you host the PM (Preventive Maintenance) Pillar and are actively collaborating with AM (Autonomous Maintenance) to strive for higher autonomy in the operation. As Maintenance Manager you play a key role on the management team of the factory and report to the Factory Director.

The position is based in Sikeston MO.

You may be required to travel up to 10% of your time.

What you will do

As a Maintenance Manager you will:

  • Lead the Daily Management of the Maintenance Department.
  • Develop the organization to increase the maturity of Preventive Maintenance Pillar methodology.
  • Develop people and tools to support the growth of the department.
  • Secure development of capabilities internally and externally.
  • Play an active role on our management team and drive what is best for the factory.
We believe you have

  • At least 5 years of technical experience in an industrial technical field.
  • Experience leading people.
  • Experience in WCM tools or similar Continuous Improvement methodology.
  • Relevant educational background with Bachelor or Master degree level.
