Maintenance Manager Electrician

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training employee development
performance evaluation hiring decisions and the establishment of goals and performance
objectives for assigned department.
Provide continual evaluation of department processes methods and activities to assure the
most effective use of resources and equipment.
Manage budget and expenditures.
Oversee emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and
scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
Determine monitor and measure department KPIs.
Oversee mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of
production machines.
Responsible for all repairs and maintenance on facility machinery and equipment.
Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
5 years of applicable maintenance experience
Experience with the principles and implementation of total preventative maintenance

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Mechanical or Electrical background

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Engineering Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Internal promotion with technical work experience at managers

Formulate departmental reports coordinate operations and train subordinates is required.
Ability to supervise a variety of personnel actions and direct a work force to ensure the
facility is maintained in a clean and orderly manner
Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules.
Detailed knowledge of techniques involved in preventive maintenance housekeeping.
