Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilledMaintenance Managerto lead our maintenance operations. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and leadership skills capable of building internal capabilities and minimizing downtime through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance projects and repairs.
- Plan and execute preventative maintenance programs.
- Build in-house maintenance skills to reduce reliance on external vendors.
- Communicate maintenance plans and updates to operators and leadership.
- Coordinate internal staff and external vendors to minimize equipment downtime.
- Identify and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
- Train operators to recognize and report equipment issues.
- Maintain inventory of parts and consumables.
- Foster strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors to expedite service.
- Expand supplier network to improve cost and service timelines.
- Conduct annual oil testing and analysis.
- Serve as the primary contact for building maintenance contractor.
