This role supports production uptime and operational efficiency through preventive and predictive maintenance equipment repairs machine performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. The Maintenance Technician works independently and collaboratively to ensure all equipment operates safely and effectively while supporting the organizations quality safety and production You Need To Be Successful:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment repairKnowledge of robotics mechanical systems welding and electrical systemsPLC troubleshooting experience and ability to read schematics and blueprintsExperience with Allen Bradley and Siemens Step 7 controlsUnderstanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsBasic understanding of building maintenance and facility systemsAbility to work safely while following lockout/tagout procedures and other safety requirementsAbility to work at heights and in confined spacesWillingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as neededBonus Points If You Have:Technical certification in Electrical Robotics Mechanical Fabrication or a related fieldForklift and/or Manlift CertificationSafety CertificationExperience leading continuous improvement initiativesExperience tracking downtime and documenting process improvementsAdvanced blueprint and schematic reading skillsEducation:High School Diploma or GED requiredTechnical certification in Electrical Robotics Mechanical Fabrication or a related technical field preferredTravel:Minimal travel is requiredWhat We Offer:We believe ourteam membersare our greatest investment which is why we offer a competitive total rewards package designed to support you at every stage of your career and life.
