Industrial Maintenance Mechanic 2:Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position is for both Hours: 8 and 12 hour fixed and rotating shiftsHourly Wage: $26.85 - $33.25 an hour with a $.50 shift differential for 2nd & 3rd Development Path:This position is designed for individuals seeking to build a long-term career in skilled industrial trades. It offers hands-on training mentorship and practical experience for those pursuing a career as a Maintenance Technician Machinist or Industrial Incentives:$100 Safety Glasses Reimbursement$175 Safety Shoe ReimbursementCompany to provide needed ProvidedRelocation assistanceAs an Industrial Maintenance employee you will:Work in a way that always keeps you and your co-workers shoot repair and install building and manufacturing information and feedback from other departments around repairs and efficiency of our and assemble replacement parts for manufacturing equipment using welders lathes milling machines drill presses surface grinders and other machine shop hand tools power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments to perform maintenance directly alongside senior technicians to develop advanced skills across mechanical electrical and machining :5 years of experience in an industrial setting (or a strong foundational background with a demonstrated drive to train in advanced trade specialties)Ability to lift and carry 20-60 poundsAbility to read diagrams manuals and specifications
