What Youll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and direct timely effective repairs
• Plan and prioritize preventive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime
• Support and mentor team members to strengthen skills safety and performance
• Collaborate with operations to meet production goals and continuous improvement initiatives

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance teams and drive safe work practices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities across mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Ability to plan organize and prioritize maintenance work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to continuous improvement efficiency and equipment reliability
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

• $30.00 to $34.00 per hour depending on experience
