• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairs painting and minor carpentry work.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Assist with electrical plumbing and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and storage spaces.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize maintenance projects and ensure timely completion.

• Previous experience in maintenance handyman work or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
