Drive equipment reliability and uptime by developing implementing and continuously improving preventive and predictive maintenance programs to support production objectives and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for electrical mechanical hydraulic pneumatic PLC conveyor and automated manufacturing systems to minimize downtime and resolve complex equipment issues.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methodologies to identify recurring failures implement permanent solutions and improve equipment performance.
Manage equipment improvement and maintenance projects focused on increasing safety reliability productivity and operational efficiency while supporting Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support new equipment installations launches and engineering changes by participating in equipment commissioning validation acceptance testing and production startup activities.
Ensure maintenance safety and regulatory compliance by maintaining accurate maintenance records managing SAP work orders supporting LOTO procedures and adhering to company OSHA and environmental requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Manufacturing Mechatronics or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance equipment reliability and root cause analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in PLCs (Siemens preferred) electrical hydraulic pneumatic and conveyor systems.
- Experience with SAP PM and maintenance management systems preferred.
- Automotive and automated manufacturing experience preferred.
