Job Summary
This isnt a maintenance role its about building the foundation right from the start. Youll influence design decisions define maintenance strategies and ensure systems are ready for operation before they even go live.

Key Responsibilities
- Build asset structures and maintenance strategies in CMMS systems (SAP PM Maximo Infor EAM)
- Define reliability and lifecycle strategies for new and existing equipment
- Perform asset criticality assessments and lead/support FMEA/FMECA
- Review engineering documentation (P&IDs layouts datasheets) to enable asset readiness
- Support design reviews 3D model reviews and field walkdowns
- Collaborate during commissioning startup and equipment trials
- Ensure compliance with GMP and data integrity standards
What you will bring
- Engineering degree (Mechanical Electrical or similar)
- 410 years in asset management reliability or maintenance engineering (regulated industry)
- Hands-on CMMS experience Maximo is highly desired
- Strong understanding of reliability engineering and lifecycle management
- Experience with FMEA/FMECA and risk-based maintenance
- Ability to interpret technical documentation (P&IDs specs layouts)
- Knowledge of calibration and instrumentation in regulated environments
