As our Maintenance Engineer you will be a critical technical leader ensuring optimal performance reliability and longevity of facilities equipment and systems.
Every day you will design and implement preventive maintenance programs conduct root cause analyses and develop repair strategies. Youll oversee projects manage budgets ensure compliance and collaborate to improve efficiency and operational integrity.
To be successful in this role you will possess a strong engineering foundation advanced technical troubleshooting skills proven project management abilities and a proactive analytical mindset to minimize downtime and maximize asset life.
- Performs timely preventive maintenance and repairs on all mechanical/electrical equipment including boilers generators and HVAC systems.
- Diagnoses equipment issues conducts routine repairs and performs periodic tests to minimize downtime and ensure operational readiness.
- Maintains tools equipment and designated areas ensuring safety and good order.
- Executes various building maintenance tasks including skilled trades like carpentry painting and plumbing and assists with groundskeeping.
- Completes accurate documentation records and logs for all maintenance activities repairs and parts orders.
- Manages equipment testing evaluation delivery and maintains correct stock levels for parts and materials.
- three years of recent progressively responsible maintenance-related work experience that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge skills/abilities. and
- One year of work experience in the core level of the job family or
- any combination of experience or education that would demonstrate the ability to perform the duties of the position.
