Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a growing manufacturing team in Hartland WI. This first-shift position is responsible for installing wiring troubleshooting testing repairing and maintaining electrical systems on production equipment machinery and facility infrastructure while supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing operation.

• Install wire troubleshoot repair and maintain industrial electrical systems and production equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose electrical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes safety standards and company procedures.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to keep manufacturing operations running efficiently.
• Maintain a fix it right the first time approach to repairs and troubleshooting.

• Journeyman Electrician level experience.
• 5 years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting controls blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical code manuals and technical documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
