Astoria Senior Living an Agemark Senior Living community is looking for an experienced hands-on Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance operations and help provide a safe comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents families and team members.

• Lead & Support Your Team: Supervise Maintenance Housekeeping and Laundry staff while ensuring work is completed safely and effectively.
• Keep Our Community Running: Maintain buildings grounds systems and equipment including HVAC plumbing electrical vehicles and appliances.
• Maintain Safety & Compliance: Oversee safety inspections fire drills emergency preparedness and compliance with applicable OSHA fire and building requirements.
• Coordinate Suite Turnovers: Ensure resident suites are prepared for move-ins and support smooth move-in and move-out processes.
• Manage Vendors & Budgets: Coordinate with contractors and vendors while effectively managing maintenance expenses.
• Support Residents & Team Members: Respond promptly to maintenance needs and help create a community where residents and employees feel comfortable and supported.

• Leadership experience in maintenance facilities management or a related field.
• Working knowledge of building systems including HVAC plumbing and electrical.
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on leader who is approachable dependable and willing to jump in where needed.
• Flexibility to respond to emergencies and changing priorities.
