Dove Healthcare is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Director to keep our Eau Claire West campus running safely smoothly and efficiently!

As our Maintenance Director youll play a key role in maintaining a safe comfortable and well-functioning environment for our residents staff and visitors. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are exactly alike. On call rotation is required for this role.

Youll be responsible for:

• Keeping the facility in top shape through preventive maintenance repairs and improvements
• Troubleshooting and performing professional-level maintenance in plumbing electrical HVAC appliances and general construction
• Handling painting repairs and upkeep both inside and outside the facility
• Conducting routine tests inspections and safety checks on facility systems
• Maintaining and updating fire disaster and emergency preparedness plans
• Helping ensure our building remains safe comfortable functional and ready for whatever the day brings

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent and a one-year technical diploma or 5 years of related experience
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Thorough knowledge of boilers compressors generators and allied machinery as well as the various mechanical electrical and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints have comprehensive knowledge of local state and federal codes and ordinances and safety regulations
• Ability to plan and carry out programs in repair or new construction and have knowledge of record keeping and cost estimating
