Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule of:
(7:00AM to 3:30PM) Monday through Friday
A successful candidate has:
- 1-2 years in a shop or maintenance environment preferred
- Exceptional organizational & communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. to physically move stock in the facility
- Experience with Microsoft office applications and the ability to type proficiently
Responsibilities include:
- Administrative duties to support the locations Shop Manager
- Sort review organize and file various documentation (i.e preventative maintenance forms invoices printed emails employee files)
- Utilize company software to order review send receive and track parts in inventory as well as the ability to review mechanics repair orders for accurate part disposition daily.
- Create keep and remind shop management of appointments and other priorities/tasks
- Answer phone calls to handle the issues find the appropriate person to handle the issue or take a message and follow up.
- Communicate daily with shop leads to monitor timelines on projects/repairs.
