Work Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday with occasional flexibility based on operational needs

Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage maintenance work orders within Maximo
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and support maintenance planning activities
• Coordinate with vendors regarding parts service requests quotes and delivery timelines
• Assist with inventory tracking replenishment and organization
• Support purchasing coordination invoice follow-up and PO approvals
• Review Daily Inspection Sheets to assist with maintenance backlog planning
• Maintain accurate maintenance records reports and documentation
• Support audits inspections and compliance-related administrative activities
• Work closely with maintenance technicians and leadership to support daily operations

What You Need to Succeed:

• Previous administrative or maintenance support experience preferred
• Experience with Maximo or other CMMS systems preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial or operational environment
• Attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy
• Experience with inventory purchasing or vendor coordination is a plus
