FieldBridge is looking for a Shop Technician in Odessa TX to work for the worlds largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay benefits.

$20 - $23/hour Day shift 7 AM7 PM 11 days on / 3 days off (rotating Sat/Sun/Mon) Weekly pay every Friday OT opportunities available At $23/hr and 84hrs/week for example earn weekly paychecks of $2438gross.

This role involves equipment repair testing and safety-focused shop work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Ideal candidates bring mechanical aptitude and a strong safety mindset.

• Perform equipment repair and troubleshooting using hand and power tools
• Conduct equipment testing per established criteria
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate and collaborate professionally with customers and coworkers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately
• Ability to repair equipment; working knowledge of hand and power tools
• Understanding of testing equipment and criteria
• Ability to pass safety-sensitive drug screening
