Maintenance AssociateLocation: Longview TXSchedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PMPay Rate: $14.50$15.00 per hour mileage reimbursementYour RoleAs a Maintenance Associate youll help ensure our residential homes remain safe functional and well-maintained for the individuals we serve. This position requires traveling between multiple group homes throughout the day to complete repairs and preventative maintenance. Reliable transportation is required and mileage reimbursement is provided for work-related hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong general handyman skills who enjoys troubleshooting and solving maintenance issues in a variety of ResponsibilitiesTravel to group homes to perform maintenance and repair work as general handyman duties including painting patching walls and basic and repair plumbing issues including toilets faucets and minor or replace locks door hardware and other building and repair household appliances including dryers and other common routine inspections and address maintenance concerns throughout residential painting and surface refinishing basic electrical and plumbing with basic vehicle maintenance such as changing a flat tire or replacing a brake light a safe clean and organized work promptly to maintenance requests while prioritizing tasks school diploma or of one year of maintenance facilities or handyman transportation with the ability to travel between multiple group homes throughout the knowledge of plumbing electrical systems painting appliance repair and general building troubleshooting and problem-solving communication and time management to prioritize multiple tasks while working Join UsPaid time off and health benefits for employees working 32 hours per training and holiday development and advancement opportunities across a nationwide work that directly impacts the lives of the individuals we employment backed by federal and state youre dependable enjoy hands-on work and take pride in keeping facilities in excellent condition wed love to have you on our team.
